My name is Laura María Pichardo, and I'm pleased to connect with you. My journey into psychology has been deeply personal, driven by a quest for growth and well-being. My diverse academic background includes a Clinical Psychology degree and a Master's in Family and Couples Therapy, specializing in psychometrics. Additionally, I've studied Professional Communications at Harvard University and earned a Professional Photography degree from the Hallmark Institute of Photography.
This varied background enhances my ability to connect with clients and create a supportive environment. My practice centers on a humanistic approach, prioritizing each client’s needs. I’m dedicated to client-centered therapy and passionate about integrating HeartMath techniques and tools. My background in photography enriches my therapeutic toolkit, allowing me to leverage art therapy techniques for emotional exploration and healing. Witnessing the impact of methods and tools on clients is incredibly rewarding. My greatest motivation is helping others achieve balance, resilience, and inner peace.
